You’re an over-giver, overachiever, or over-thinker. This pattern leaves you exhausted and lonely. You may doubt yourself or constantly worry about the future. You fear disappointing others, and you feel deeply disappointed in yourself.
Perhaps you wrestle with self-doubt. Despite your achievements and successes, you find it challenging to celebrate your wins and recognize your strengths. You may “play it small” or “play it safe.” Showing up as your true self feels too risky and vulnerable. You envy those who seem to go through life with less effort.
If you’re in a relationship, perhaps you find yourself struggling to stay connected with your partner, no matter how hard you try to communicate through your problems. Fights seem to repeat themselves and you’re both left feeling defeated and exhausted. You may wonder, “How do I bridge this gap between us?” or “Where do we keep going wrong?”
Learning to care for yourself is a radical and rebellious act. I can be an authenticity advocate and change champion on your journey to living a meaningful and satisfying life.
If you’re ready to start showing up as you are, experience deeper connections in your relationships, and take bold actions toward change, I can help. I hear you and I see how heavy all of this has been for you to carry on your own. Your big feelings, worries, and fears are safe with me. I am here to guide and support you as you seek to cultivate the best in yourself and in others.
I enjoy helping teens, adults, and couples find the courage to embody and express their authentic and wholehearted selves. I will guide you towards experiencing more connection in your relationships and confidence in your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll find pathways that support living from a place of rest, ease, and confidence.
I am a Filipino-American therapist who values social justice and operates from an anti-oppression, anti-racist, and multicultural framework. While I cannot speak Ilocano or Tagalog well, I am proud of my Filipino roots and enjoy learning more about my family and ancestral history. I align with the Health at Every Size movement and am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.
