You’re an over-giver, over-achiever, and over-thinker. This pattern leaves you exhausted and lonely. You may doubt yourself or constantly worry about the future. You fear disappointing others, and you feel deeply disappointed in yourself.

Perhaps you find yourself rehearsing conversations and anticipating the worst-case scenario. Maybe you spend hours ruminating over the past. You envy those who seem to go through life with less effort.

You may talk yourself out of opportunities because you fear failure and rejection. You often “play it small” or “play it safe.”

You desire the confidence to trust your intuition and decisions, and to wake up each morning with a sense of purpose and value. You desire to make a significant impact on others and to have deep, enriching relationships.

Caring for yourself is a radical and rebellious act. I can be an authenticity advocate and change champion on your journey to living a meaningful and satisfying life.

If you’re ready to start showing people who you are and take bold actions toward change, I can help. I hear you and see how heavy this has been for you to carry on your own. Your big feelings, worries, and fears are safe with me. I am here to guide, champion, and support you as you seek to cultivate the best in yourself.

I enjoy helping clients find the courage to embody and express their authentic and wholehearted selves. Together, we’ll find pathways that support living from a place of rest, ease, and confidence.

I believe that the key to a more enriched and soulful life starts with connecting deeply with ourselves, especially to the parts we prefer to hide and ignore. In you lies a strong internal compass that has the ability to guide you on your healing journey.

I am a Filipino-American therapist who values social justice and operates from an anti-oppression, anti-racist, and multicultural framework. While I cannot speak Ilocano or Tagalog well, I am proud of my Filipino roots and enjoy learning more about my family and ancestral history. I also firmly believe in the Health at Every Size movement.
