2. Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. In the phone consultation, we will learn more about you and what you are looking for, answer any questions you may have, and if we are the best fit for you, we will schedule the first session together.
If you would like us to check your insurance for out-of-network benefits, please have your insurance card ready during the consultation. We do ask for a credit card on file in order to book the first appointment, please have that ready as well.
We believe that finding a great match with your therapist is one of the most important factors that makes therapy work. We will only recommend a match with one of our therapists if we truly believe they fit your needs and preferences and can help. If we are not a good fit for you, we will recommend other therapists or counseling resources that are a better match for you.
3. Schedule your first session. If we determine together that we are a great fit for you, we will schedule the first session with your therapist during the phone consultation.
4. Complete paperwork before your first session. Before your first session, you will receive an email with a link to our secure electronic health record system Simple Practice to complete some paperwork.
